Red Bull will have a different driver alongside Max Verstappen at Zandvoort this weekend after Isack Hadjar was ruled out of the Dutch Grand Prix with a wrist injury sustained during the summer break.
Liam Lawson has been called up from Racing Bulls to take Hadjar's place. The move gives Lawson another opportunity with the senior Red Bull team after he was moved back to Racing Bulls last season.
The reshuffle does not end there. Yuki Tsunoda, who is currently Red Bull's reserve driver, will step into Lawson's Racing Bulls seat alongside Arvid Lindblad for the weekend.
It is an unusual full-circle moment for Lawson. Zandvoort was where he made his Formula 1 debut in 2023 when he replaced the injured Daniel Ricciardo.
For Hadjar, the timing is particularly unfortunate. He finished third at Zandvoort last year to claim his first F1 podium, before earning his move to Red Bull for the 2026 season.
Red Bull has wished Hadjar a speedy recovery, with the Frenchman now expected to focus on returning to the car at the next round in Italy.
