Sergio Perez will start the Dutch Grand Prix from the pit lane after Cadillac changed the suspension setup of his car while it was under parc fermé conditions.
The change was made without approval from the FIA Technical Delegate, putting Cadillac in breach of the F1 regulations. The stewards therefore ordered Car 11 to start Sunday's race from the pit lane.
