Pyned Stories
1Lap occasionally displays promotions from brands and organizations. These promotions are served and managed by Pyned Stories ourselves, not by an external ad network, and no personal data is collected or shared as part of showing them.
1Lap is visited and viewed by Formula 1 fans and non-fans alike, across the world.
Some promotions are linked to an external webpage; clicking the image will take you to that address, and these are marked with a small green link icon in the top-right corner of the image. Others are shown purely as a visual, with no link at all.
Promotions may be shown globally, or only in specific regions, depending on the client's needs. To decide which region you're in, we use the same general time-zone setting your device already shares with the app to show session times in your local time, nothing new is collected, and no personal location data is stored or tracked. It's an approximate signal, not a precise one; a single time zone can cover many countries, so this is only ever used to make a rough regional estimate.
